I was born in Germany and my heritage is Eastern European. I'm German and Polish on my Mother’s side. And, on my Father’s side I'm German and Scots. My blood is Rh Negative as was the blood of both my parents. Only 15% of the World’s population has Rh Negative blood, which many believe is a sign of descent from those who inhabited the lost continent of Atlantis. I am also farsighted with gray eyes and only 3% of the world’s population have gray eyes. Athena, the Greek Goddess of Wisdom was believed to have gray eyes and gray is considered the color of wisdom in Tarot Correspondences.
Tarot artwork fascinated me from the first time I became aware of it in the 1970s and I bought my first Tarot deck in 1993; The Robin Wood Tarot. Over the past 30 years, I have collected 65 Tarot decks. I’ve studied Tarot with Gail Fairfield, author of Choice Centered Tarot and Choice Centered Astrology. I studied Tarot and Astrology with Janet Berres, author of Your Guide to the Tarot, Textbook of the Tarot and founder of the International Tarot Society. ITS held 3 World Tarot Congress events in Chicago from 1997-2002. I attended the 2nd World Congress held in 1999 and the 3rd World Congress in 2002. At these events, I was fortunate to meet Robin Wood, creator of the Robin Wood Tarot, James Wanless, creator of the Voyager Tarot as well as Dwariko von Sommaruga and Catherine Cook, the New Zealand creators of Songs for the Journey Home Tarot.
Before moving to South Carolina, I participated in many Psychic Fairs in the Chicago Metro area and vended Tarot readings at events like the Bozo Ball on Navy Pier in Chicago, the annual Pagan Pride Festival in Chicago, the annual World of Fairies Festival in South Elgin, and Theosofest; annual festival of the Theosophical Society in North America held in Wheaton, Illinois.
