It’s definitely new ideas, new attitudes, new opportunities. Paired with the Judgement card I see a paradigm shift in thinking or communicating what you think. The 3 of Pentacles upright is the mastery of work card, but reversed can represent lack of skills and ability or an ending of collaboration and support. It can even be quitting a job that has become boring or where there is no appreciation. Productivity, growth and advancement is blocked.

The old status quo just won’t do anymore and a new career beckons. So, today, heed the wakeup call. It’s time to acknowledge the truth and stop wasting your energy in unproductive pursuits.
